| Description of Activities | Raising Llamas and Shetland Sheep. Ongoing Fiber demonstrations. Children can make a felted ball and take it home. Learn how to use a lucet, an ancient Viking braiding tool. Spinning and fiber preparation demonstrated. Visit with the llamas and sheep in their pasture, carrots will be provided. Meet Jack, our big beautiful Percheron; he can't see you, but he loves your attention. Fiber, yarn, roving and farm products will be for sale. |
